Our Porches are made to measure for each individual customer and to a style that suits your property and your requirements.
All of our porches will help add value to your property whilst providing additional space to your home for storing coats, umbrellas, shoes or just as a luxurious spacious welcome space to your home. Porches offer an extra level of security to your home as they are a great deterrent to even the most determined burglar.
We can provide a tiled roof, plastered internal walls, electrics and lighting inside and outside. We carry out brick matches from our local builders merchant. This means that we always do our best to find the brick that your original house was built in. If they are no longer available, we offer a choice that will compliment your house.

Are you insured to carry out work on my premises?
Yes, we have full liability insurance up to 2 million pound to cover us for all works undertaken.
Can I see examples of your work locally?
Yes, Once we have done the initial estimate you can view previous work if required.
Do I need planning permission?
You will not require planning permission or building regulation approvals for your new porch if external area is under 3m2 and not within 2 metres of any boundary which fronts a highway so it’s quick and easy to add the new space onto your property.
How long should it take to build a porch extension?
A porch can take anywhere between 1 – 2 weeks.
How do I pay for my project?
For projects of under £2000 we accept payment on completion.
For projects of £2000 or above a £10% commitment to works deposit will be required and a stage payment plan detailing when the payments will be required.
