RJ Construction was instructed by the home owner who recently bought the property at auction, to carry out several structural alterations. These included:
- Making a new opening between the kitchen and dinning room
- Removing the arch way between the dinning room and living room, which was a load bearing wall making the opening wider
- Making a new door opening from the hall way into the living room
- Removal of both chimneys into the loft space and install a RSJ
