- Anthracite grey aluminium three leaf bi-fold doors
- Anthracite grey Upvc window with integrated blinds between the glass
- Warm deck flat roof construction
- New external recessed meter boxes for gas and electricity supply
- Existing opening made wider between house and extension. RSJ is installed into ceiling height for flush ceiling throughout.
