• kitchen and dining room wall knocked down
• Side door and window removed and bricked up
• New RSJ installed to replace existing concrete plank lintel. We have also replaced the existing tile hung with Marley cedral cladding.
• Chimney removed from ground floor to roof. Party wall brickwork repaired due to poor workmanship
