Another school project, this one was at Westcliffe High School for Boys in Essex  consisting of a new washroom.

The scope of works we completed were:

-Strip out of fixtures and fittings and parquet flooring.
-New 3.3m structural opening formed in existing 9 inch masonry wall.
-RSJ beam was installed into the ceiling void.
-New 140mm wall built using paint grade blocks for hand basins and urinals.
-100mm cable duct installed.
-MDPE mains water installed ready for connection.
-Foul drainage.
-Reinstate rainwater drainage.
All worked completed to local building control approval and backfilled and made good to specification.
