RJ Construction – Building services Ltd team team consists of Robert, James, Claire, Wade and Yassen. We find that keeping our team small means that we are able to provide a service where you know who you are dealing with. We think that this is important, in order to keep and maintain a good customer relationship during any work that is undertaken at your property or workplace. All of our staff are identifiable with embroidered uniforms.

Previous to establishing RJ Construction – building services Ltd, Robert completed his NVQ qualification level 2 in trowel occupations with J & W Construction where he first met James 14 years ago becoming good friends. He then worked for several bricklaying contractors including PGL brickwork as a bricklayer on several large building site gaining crucial experience

James left full time education at the age of 16 to go straight into the construction industry working for Premiere projects for 3 years converting bathrooms into shower rooms. He then relocated to Somerset where he worked for a large construction company where he gained 2 years worth of brickwork and general building work, before moving back to Maidstone. On his return he started working for J & W construction where he stayed for 10 years becoming a team leader in building and landscaping projects.

Claire has been with the company since 2015 providing administrative support and is now our office manager. Claire generally works behind the scenes making sure everything is running smoothly for the guys on site and keeping our social media updated.

Meet The Sub-Contractors
As our building projects become larger and increasingly complicated it is necessary to use qualified trades for jobs such as electrics, plumbing, scaffolding etc. We only use sub-contractors based in close proximity to our office in Allington Maidstone.
Before any sub-contractors works for us they are thoroughly vetted, ensuring they have their own liability insurance, the necessary qualifications to complete the works required. Here at RJ Construction – building services Ltd we believe one very very important rule to follow is, we only use other trades we would have work on our own house.
