RJ Constriction was established in 2013 at the start of our journey. In 2019 after 6 years of continuous growth we rebranded to RJ Construction – Building Services Ltd. In the same year we diversified and launched our commercial sector of the business as well as still covering the domestic sector. We offer a wide range of services such as RSJ installation, refurbishments, groundworks, brickwork and soft strip demolition.
The integrity of our work and staff matter, RJ Construction staff work in a safe, tidy, and efficient manner at all times. All of our staff have valid CSCS cards and enhanced DBS checks, as well as first aid training.

RSJ INSTALLATION
We ensure all steel beam installation works are supervised by qualified engineers, providing structural calculations, preparation, and Building control submission, all steel beam installations are fully project managed by our skilled team. Where required a plastic dust screen/ barrier will be erected to stop the dust from escaping into other parts of the building.

REFURBISHMENTS
Refurbishment projects are carried out by our experienced team of highly skilled tradesmen. If you need your workplace refurbished but also need to keep working that’s no problem for RJ Construction – Building services Ltd. We have experience in working around a working office during hours and always go the extra mile to try to minimise disruption. Where possible we will use alternative entrances to offices undergoing refurbishment to minimise disruption to staff and visitors.

We carry out groundwork services such as trench work for utility work, drainage, ducting, and foundations as well as additional services like Charging point installation, tarmac laying, and concreting. After all works are completed areas are cleaned as standard, using a heavy-duty towable pressure washer.

Our estimates are free and have no obligation. We travel within 20 miles of our office in Maidstone for free, if we are required to visit a site over 20 miles radius of our business address, a travel allowance will be priced accordingly on the distances required to travel.
Yes, we have full liability insurance up to £2 million to cover us for all works undertaken.
Due to our coverage being over a large area, viewing previous jobs may be difficult. However, we will try our best otherwise we will provide a testimonial from previous companies.
To get your project booked in we require a £1,000 + Vat commitment to works deposit to be paid upfront.
If the project is cancelled within two weeks of the start date the deposit is used to cover loss or earnings during this period.
All projects are paid via BACS payments within two weeks of completion on the last working day.
